Adult Ministry Growing in Faith and Serving the Community
The Adult Ministry at Temple Baptist Church offers a range of programs to support believers in their walk with God. From Bible studies to specialized groups for young marrieds, men, women, and seniors, we provide opportunities for everyone to grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and serve the community.
Sunday School
On Sunday morning adults will have two Bible studies to choose from. Both classes are usually covering a book of the Bible, exploring the theological and historical intricacies of the passage while discussing practical applications of Biblical truths. Feel free to experience both classes before you make your final decision of where you would like to participate.
Young Marrieds
Our Young Marrieds Ministries primarily centers around a Sunday school hour Bible study and regular activities. In this group you can expect to find younger couples who are starting or growing families and are passionate about serving the Lord. During the Sunday school hour, you can find them discussing topics they studied throughout the week and determining applicable Bible truths under the guidance of experienced teachers.
Ladies’ Ministries
Ladies Ministries seeks to encourage the women of TBC to further their growth in Christ. This is accomplished through yearly Bible studies, retreats, and opportunities for service. When not gathering, these ladies are often found coordinating meals and other aid for those in need.
Men’s Ministries
TBC Men’s Ministries is focused towards encouraging men through spiritual and social opportunities. Men’s Alliance is one such avenue where men of all ages come together for a couple hours to eat, share testimonies, and learn about leadership through various Biblical examples and lessons. Other activities include workdays, campouts, an annual retreat, and other various trips.
Senior Saints
Senior Saints Ministries provides opportunities for adults 55 and older to engage in fellowship and mutual encouragement. It is an exciting opportunity to deepen relationships and encourage spiritual growth through friendship, service, and ministry opportunities.
